1. Your support ticket information, such as Name, Location, Phone Number and Email will be kept on record for future Support – this process will help keep a history of your troubleshooting and problems.
2. A valid email or phone must be present in order for us to contact you if any problems persist or increase during the period of your ticket.
3. Customers who are able to request for assistance may include; Alive Domains, Web Hosting, email marketing, Blogging and Web Development.
4. We are not inclined to lend support to software vendor companies such as; Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora Mail, Gmail etc. Please review our Tutorials section.
5. If you agree with these guidelines you are entitled to complete free ticket requests.
