Tickets: Customers may submit tickets or jobs through our online system or through your very own Hosting Control Panel. Customers whom request jobs will be charged our hourly rate.
Alive Online encourages customers to only call the office if the technical problem is at a high priority, customers will be prompted to send in a Support Request if a technical issue is to be raised by telephone.
Customers needing Support during Out of Office hours are able to submit a Support Enquiry via our Ticket System.
